This is my Gremlin Lite. I basically took the wing profiles from a Gremlin and made wing ribs. I then replaced the square drainpipe fuselage with a balsa and thin-ply construction which was then fibre-glassed. The engine mount plate was also replaced with a balsa and thin-ply sandwich which was then reinforced with carbon-fibre.
I covered the built-up sections of the model with clear film. The engine is an MVVS 28 which can we used as either rear or side exhaust. The header is custom made by Just Engines and the carbon-pipe is one theirs. The whole model weighs in at just under 3 pounds. I am still running the engine in but it already goes like the wind.
