I bought the car with the conversion already complete. The major problems with the car were the cooling and the exhaust. The exhaust was cured by
removing the 14 feet of exhaust, each side, and replacing these with two very short, well silenced systems.
The car still had the original Volkswagen gearbox & clutch. There was a Kennedy Engineering Products (KEP) plate linking the Rover V8 to the Beetle gearbox.
I added the whale tail to finish the rear of the car, and cover the engine.
